This year, in support of Philadelphia’s citywide 250th semiquincentennial celebration, Forman Arts Initiative in partnership with The Philadelphia Foundation are offering microgrants between $2,500 and $8,000 to artists living or working in the Kensington neighborhood and surrounding zip codes. Awarded grantees will have the opportunity to present or perform their work in the summer of 2026 in collaboration with Kensington-based organizations and events.

The opportunity is open to artists working in the following zip codes: 19122, 19125, 19132, 19133, 19134 and/or 19140.
